A New Hampshire man whose airplane crashed in January 2011, killing his 35 year old daughter, has been indicted on an involuntary manslaughter charge. Prosecutors say that the man was not qualified to fly the kind of plane he was flying at the time, without an instructor. In doing so prosecutors claim that he violated FAA rules and "created a high degree of likelihood that substantial harm would result to another". The charge carries a maximum sentence of 20 years.
